But Saiful, posing as a contractor to the locals, made a contract of two hundred and fifty thousand rupees and grabbed one hundred thousand taka out of earnest money. Although the work was done by SN Builders, Saiful Islam is harassing the locals by installing the pole as per his wish without design. In this regard, two victims of harassment have also filed a written complaint with the resident engineer.
