Staf Reporter: Dr. Idris Khan, editor and publisher of Mymensingh Pratidin, a national newspaper published from Mymensingh, said that Mymensingh Pratidin will be taken forward as a symbol of people’s confidence in the welfare of the people by appointing journalists after evaluating their merits.

“Earlier, I hired someone to run the magazine,” he said. I’m trying to run the magazine differently than the way he runs it. He said this while addressing a press conference organized at Mymensingh DS Kamil Madrasa Hall Room in Mymensingh on Sunday, August 23 at 11 am.

Dr. Idris Khan said- Mymensingh daily journalists will be recruited real journalists, journalists who have no idea in writing news will not be recruited. With the meritorious card, Mymensingh will take all the necessary steps to enhance the reputation of the newspaper by being the representative of the newspaper in different upazilas every day, in which case he expects the full cooperation of all.

Idris Khan.In his speech, he called upon all journalists to work more responsibly in providing objective news to make Mymensingh daily more popular.

At the meeting, important issues were discussed, giving priority to the promotion and quality development of the newspaper.

Dr. Idris Khan, Editor and Publisher of Mymensingh Daily said in his speech, “We need to send more quality news to the Mymensingh division so that we can maintain that reputation and excellence among the Mymensingh department by using the news published in the newspapers for public welfare.”He called upon all the delegates to fulfill their responsibilities more seriously including enhancing the quality of the newspaper and overall cooperation in publishing the magazine regularly.
